Farm to Cup

We buy our coffee from Revel Coffee Roasting in Billings, MT. Gary, our roaster, takes the time to source his beans from unique and exotic locations around the globe. His careful selection and expert roasting leave us with an amazing product, often scoring high in both the “Good Food Review” and “Coffee Review”. The result is an amazingly complex and divine flavor that can only be achieved through consistent practice. Take a look at his site to get a snapshot of the different varieties he has!

  • Throttle

    This amazingly robust and complex blend can be brought to you in many different ways at the shop, however we have selected it as our espresso bean of choice! From the roaster:

    “A heavy bodied blend of washed and natural coffees from Africa and the Americas with notes of bittersweet chocolate, raw sugars, dark caramel and blackberry. Great for espresso.” Stop by to try this amazing blend! We have it available for retail purchase and would love to bring it to you in more ways than one!

  • Hygge Blend

    Often, when you step into Hygge Hearth, you are met with an aroma. This pleasant and complex greeting can be attributed to our drip coffee that is brewed throughout the morning using a blend of coffee tailored to our shop by our roaster.

    Gary describes the Hygge Blend as “A crowd pleasing blend of washed and natural coffees from Africa and the Americas with notes of citrus, spice, berries, and chocolate.”
